YouTube removes over 2 Billion fake views from its site [News]

Everything done in the dark will one day come to light and YouTube have finally had enough of fake views (which have dominated the UK Urban music scene over the past few years) with the video sharing site removing videos which have been accumulating 'bought' or fake views as well as Channels which have been using fake views and subscribers to boost their credibility as this violates YouTube's Terms and Conditions among other things.
The YouTube clean up started this week with Major Record labels Universal Music Group, Sony/BMG and RCA Records exposed for 'Jump starting views' and stripped of over 2 Billion views collectively with Universal Music Group's YouTube channel having only 5 videos left as of time of writing.
 Over the next few weeks there will be a lot more Videos and channels going missing from YouTube as well as a shed load of excuses passed from Artists and Channels but the underlining fact is that Fake views are now a thing of the past.
Thank God for that!

Rap City Tv Channel Terminated by YouTube - Fans & Artists Respond [News]

One of the UK Rap scenes most popular and consistent YouTube channels Rap City TV has today had its channel terminated for reasons which are still as of yet unknown but there will be an Official statement coming soon as there were a lot of Artists videos on the channel and a whole lot of Views and subscribers.
We can only wish Rap City Tv all the best as they put in a lot of work on the underground working with all the Biggest names as well as being the channel with J Spades Hustle Hard Video on which was one of my personal favourites.

KOZZIE VS SOX - LORD OF THE MICS 3

In what has become one of the most exciting and controversial clashes of Lord of the Mics 3,OG'z affiliate Kozzie and Birmingham Grime MC Sox have had a war of words and although Sox flopped in the dungeon with Jammer and Cameraman Sketch and couldn't remember his lyrics the 0121 representative has wasted no time recording and filming a diss track to kozzie who really doesn't seem to care and who wont be sending any tracks back his way because default or not he still won and that's what counts.
Now bring on that Tre Mission dude and lest see what he's got as he had a lot to say about both Kozzie and Sox and seemed eager to get involved in a clash while Lil Nasty has been baiting Kozzie recently on Twitter,very exciting times indeed stay locked for more.

Jammin vs Clipson - Lord Of The Mics 3 Hype Sessions

Nationality member and East London grime MC Jammin has squared off against former Fire Camp member Clipson in these 2 videos for the Lord of the mics hype sessions.Both Clipson and Jammin are equally matched and more than capable of handelling themselves in this lyrical confrontation which is Lord of the mics.

The Official Guide to Lord of the Mics 3 - Part 1 - D Power Diesle vs Wariko & Rival vs Desperado

Monday saw the Grime Battle field  Lord of the Mics 3 launched in the Grime scene with Jammer asking which Grime MC's wanted in on Twitter,this saw a flurry of responses and sending from Nolay to OG Niki,Kozzie to Griminal,Rival to Desperado and Infa as well as D Power Diesel and Wariko and many more with even producers and DJ's gettimg into War mode.

Here we have the first 2 Battles which will be Desperado from the OGz vs Rival as well as D Power Diesel vs Nottingham's Wariko.

These are the first few Confirmed battles but look out for more as soon as they are announced and lok out for more inerviews with the Artists and MC's involved in what looks to be Grime's biggest Lord of the Mics to date.

One of Kilburns best kept secrets are GTS MOB who actually have something different to offer the game in terms of their music and the way they deliver their message as well as their subject matter which comprises of the regular road topics but has a certain authenticity to it which will be appreciated no matter what area it plays in as they dont limit their sound having worked with Artists from all over London including Ill Mill (SMS),Naja Soze (PDC) Kamakaze,Pupz and many more solid players in the game.
