Mozart representative and rising UK Rap star Rugrat really shows why he is one to watch this year with his latest track I'm Back as he kills this dark instrumental with nothing but hard street inspired bars and his inimitable gruff and aggressive delivery which separates him from the crowd of dead sounding and boring rappers as Rugrat definitely knows how to get things popping.
