2013 has been one heck of a year for Costadinos Contostavlos. Dappy spent the first few months in court after he started a fight by spitting on a man in a garage. And then last month he was kicked in the face by a horse. And now he’s going to spend Christmas digging down the back of the sofa for coins, in an attempt to avoid bankruptcy for unpaid taxes. When will this irredeemable toss-hat catch a break, eh?

Dappy went to the London Bankruptcy Court on Tuesday (December 3^rd) at the request of the taxman. But the case was adjourned because his accountants are disputing the amount owed.

The feckless goon now has until January 28 to pay up or take the Blue option and declare bankruptcy. It’s what everyone’s doing these days.

We can’t quite understand the point of employing an accountant who doesn’t insist you put enough away to cover future tax bills. Other than passing off your Nando’s receipts as “expenses” what else are you paying them for?

We wonder if he can claim loss of earnings now.

Reasons: A total absence of talent. An inability to avoid being a cockmole. And being kicked in the face by a horse.
