Woman Caught Having Sex With Unconscious Man in the Middle of the Day In Car Park (News) [Video]

36-year-old Kimberly Jackson was arrested and charged with being drunk in public after police said she was caught having sex with an unconscious man (her boyfriend) in a parking lot of a Norfolk, Virginia strip mall on Tuesday. When police arrived on the scene, they found the couple and determined the man was unconscious and unresponsive. He was taken to the hospital for treatment. Kimberly attributes her behavior to being drunk and her boyfriend doesn't plan to press charges against her.
