Dizzee Rascal has focused on using his UK accent in his music, despite some overseas rappers adopting an American accent in their songs. The "Bassline Junkie" rapper explained that while he respects and looks up to a lot of American artists, he also looked up to artists that were from his area in London, leading him to focus on his UK accent.
