Review - D Power - Progress CD

D Powers Progress CD is a testiment to hard work and dedication with D Power constantly developing as an MC and although Diesle is a pioneer of the Grime scene it has really been over the past 3 years that He has really entered the consciousness of the Grime scene as an MC with the former DJ,Producer and Pirate  Radio station founder constantly on stage at all the biggest events along with Grimes elite, not forgetting His now legendary Clash with Wariko for Lord of the Mics 3 regarded by many to be the highlight of the DVD which brings us to His latest release Progress CD.

Progress CD is a  2012 essential for any real Grime fan or lover of UK Street music with attitude with D Power showcasing the levels he has attained by dropping an album jam packed with some of the hardest Grime tracks and anthems of this year with D Power 's refined flow and wide range of subject matter and an equally impressive array of beats look at it this way with tracks like Me not you,Go Nuts,Hands Up,Horror Show,My Life and Runway its impossible not to rate D Power's ability to craft Riot erupting Grime anthems with Him holding His own against many of Grimes hardest rhyme slingers and proving He can make Bangers and introspective thought provoking tracks without assistance.

All in all D Powers Progress CD is an essential purchase for any true fan of Gully Road Grime as this is what D Power does best and while He doesnt break the mold in terms of innovation,He does prove He's more than certified among Grimes elite.
9/10

"This album is likely to make you slap your Boss and is one of the best examples of unadulterated and unapologetic grime released this year with full credit going to D Power for releasing an album devoid of electro pop attempts or thinly veiled attempts to conquer the UK Rap scene keeing things 100% Grime nothing more, nothing less." - Lordie @TheGrimeReport
